Congratulations to Shawn Spence who recently passed the physical portion of the selection process for the US DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration)!

To show our support for Shawn, we are beginning a 100 Day push-up challenge today (January 18^th, 2010).

The idea is to see how many pushups you can do consecutively. The goal is 100. If you need to "modify" the end result, we are going to allow a few modifications. If you request it, we will allow you some modifications such as doing push-ups elevated - on a bench, or modified - from your knees. On day 100 we will see how many pushups you can do in a row. We are talking quality pushups.

We will give you various routines to try and help you reach your goal.

The Carolina Fitness Challenge was a Blast!

All of the competitiors and event staff were top-notch. We had a great time seeing our friends from across the state and made some new ones. This event was held at Crossfit Durham and Jeannie and Tiffany competed. Both of our girls did great! Next stop...sectional qualifiers for the 2010 Crossfit Games!
